    AMRAP 15 mins: Shuttle Runs, DB Push Jerks, Lateral Burpees, and Toes-to-bar

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
    5 Shuttle Runs, 50 ft
    10 Dumbbell Push Jerks, 50/35 lbs
    5 Lateral Burpee Over Dumbbells
    10 Toes-to-bars

    Shoulder Press 4-4-4

    Shoulder Press 4-4-4

    Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
    Rest as needed between sets.
